Deleting RRbackups

#1 Post by Tilyou » Tue Aug 08, 2006 11:43 am

I recently needed to trash my T42 hard drive by doing a factory re-install... and with that went my installation of "Rescue and Recovery".

I've chosen NOT to reinstall that as a backup program. Lenovo keeps making major revisions (more confirmation that earlier versions were lousy) and the current installation file is a GIG (must be some kind of record!).

Problem is my external drive (where I kept backups) still contains the backup folder RRbackups and I can't delete it. Changing properties to make it no longer "read only" doesn't help.

How can I delete RRbackups?
