T43 Power Management Question

Is there any way to set power management so that when undocked, closing the lid goes into standby but when docked, opening and closing the lid does nothing?

While I personally haven't tried what you are proposing, I believe what you want to do can be accomplished by going to Start > Control Panel > System > Hardware > Hardware Profiles.

Thanks. I had not been there before. But all options are greyed out for me and there is no way to create a new profile. Very strange. Though it looked like it had possibilties.
