Slim DVD READERS

general question: I'm owning a x60x with the ultrabase and i'm going to buy myself a dvd drive. but i wonder if the slim dvd burners from other brands fits also into the ultrabase because the official one is freaky expensive:) so please dear friendly forum readers and thinkpad fans help me out with an answer
