WIFI (FRU 93P4262) vs (FRU 39T0355) whats the difference??

I ordered a FRU replacement for my Wireless Mini PCI card (FRU 93P4262) and they said they will send me out a (FRU 39T0355) because of stock availability.

Two questions:

1) The difference in the two descriptions is quite clear .. But what does it mean??

2) I've replaced other FRU's under warranty some required a return of the original part and some did not.. What determines weather or not you have to return the damaged part ?
