Issue: Monitor looses display when connected to the docking station, when a user opens the laptop and tries to use the fn-F7 key’s to toggle back to the monitor it blue screens.
I have tried updating: -Video drivers, Bios, Embedded Controller. The problem is still there.
The user can be working with his laptop and the monitor will go blank…
Reset laptop and I will happen randomly, sometimes a few day’s after the reboot.
Has anybody experienced this issue? I have tried looking for a solution on the IBM Tech-support Page but no luck there.
