Er, XGA? SXGA? UXGA? WUXGA? QXGA? *scratches head*

Hey all!
I'm getti'n ready to make my first plunge and get my very first ThinkPad.
I've heard a lot of talk on these different screen types, and was wondering if people could offer some insight into the differences.
I've gleaned that XGA is lowest end, basic res (1024x780 max?).
SXGA is the next step up.
UXGA I assume has a nicer dedicated video card and is 15"+ widescreen models.
WUXGA, I know the "W" refers to wide 16:9 aspect ratio on the screen/resolution and pixels.
QXGA I read is a rare item seen only in few manufacturers, and that it was the best- no clue on details.
Thanks everyone, and I'm excited to join the ranks!
