Fingerprint reader

Recently motherboard on my TP 42 was changed...

I can't get fingerprint logon (power on password)... I checked "replace power on and hard drive passwords with fingeprint reader" - fingeprint software/ control center/ settings/ power-on security, as well as bios setup (fingerprint enabled).

Any ideas?
