What keyboard did R31 and/or A30 have? Alps or NMB?

Hello,

since most of the Thinkpad experts are T-users, I will ask my question here....

The question is: anyone know what manufacturer keyboards were used in the Thinkpad R31 and A30?

The FRU parts in my old Thinkpads were:

R31 - 02K5994

A30 - 02K5972

Both were German keyboards. I#d like to know if the keyboards were ALPS or NMB.
