Where can download the latest version of access connection ?

I download from the lenovo and always corrupted.
PS. I only have web access due to the Taiwan Earthquake and cannot use the software update.

Yeah, the whole internet is suffering, but that is nothing compared to the human suffering there.
Here's your link, I downloaded the latest Access Connections (4.21) and zipped it. I'd appreciate if you tell me whether it works.
