Trying to order a Keyboard - Long Wait time, Staff confused

I just spent last 2 days , about 5 hours on and off the phone and on website (which never works) trying to order an ALPS Korean Keyboard. i finally get a parts department phone number and talk to 2 people. they tell me they do not have these keyboards and users are not able to replace them. after i spend 10 minutes convincing them that they DO, and thousands of people do it i got them to admit there is a parts deparment that could have it and they would connect me.

I finally get to a guy who is very helpful, the FRU number i give him for a Korean Keyboard is the one he finds himself, then he says he has to give this order request to his supervisor so they can 'get the ball rolling', and then he says, usually when users order keyboards, especially international ones, it is *A PROCSES* to go through, then he said it would be a 40-60 day turn around to get the keyboard shipped to me.

i could fly to korea and buy one easier than it is probably going to take through IBM.

I just also ordered a customized T60p online and then order got rejected because of a PO BOX delivery restriction, so i had to change that address as well. so far, lenovo process has been tiresome, but the people are nice on the phone and helpful. I know their website is very good, but it could be a lot better, and could be more user friendly (ie looking up part numbers, and not redirecting to oblivious pages, etc)


any advice from those who have replaced their keyboards?
where did you order from, and what language keyboard did you get?
