i've a t60 which is using a soundblaster zs notebook card in the lower pcmcia slot, above that there is a expresscard slot which is sort of half open due to the SB card keeping the flap open.

i have a dell blanking pcmcia card but that wont fit because its a different slot, are there any for the expresscard slots or should i break the pcmcia blanking card and *make* it fit?

This is what I have in my x60: http://www.stashcard.com/

It is a "secret drawer" card... For example, you could store cash, SD card, adapter for micro SD, etc.

Edit: oh yea -- in my X60, it fits perfectly in the slot... you can't even tell its in there (besides seeing something that looks silver instead of the flap).

I have the same complaint. Single flap is just bad design I guess.
