Viewing/Editing Mac formatted floppy on PC

A co-worker is trying to pull important info from a mac formatted floppy disc, but he doesn't have a mac. Actually, he was about to buy a used iMac just for this purpose, but I told him it was uncessaary.

Any of you Mac/PC heads know of a program (free) that'll do the job? I did google quite a bit, but got a lot of broken links and things that didn't work. I've seen Mac emulators, but I think that's taking it a bit too far.

Thanks!

Maybe you can try using the eval. version of this s/w. Found it on google, have not used it. If it is urgent, we have a lot of macs on campus here and I can read and upload them somewhere for you. But then, you have to send the thing to me

Mac-ette discribed in above link is available here:

Hope that helps!

Mac-ette is my choice. Installed the program years ago when I had to read floppy disks made by teachers at the school my daughters went to. You will encounter the two "forks" when reading the Mac-formatted disk; data and resource. Data is what you want.

Thanks very much to both of you. Mac-ette did the trick!

Thanks for the offer, gator!!
