I know that the XP discs all say DO NOT MAKE ILLEGAL COPIES OF THIS DISC!!! but, if my teacher has xp already, and has his own windows keys, would it be ok to give him a copy so he can repair his computers and laptops?

There's a little alarm going off in my head saying NO!, but I want to get a second opinion.

it's fine, give him the cd, it won't work without a serial, so don't give him one
