What driver?

What driver?

In my device manager I have an unknown hardware that I dont know what it is for.

Its something with "Intel(R) 82801GBM (ICH7-M) LPC Interface"

Anybody knows what Im missing?

I have a lenovo Thinkpad X60 running XP
Thinkpad X60 1706Wk3

You need to install the chipset drivers for your model. They're on the Lenovo website.

Already done that and its still there.. :(

When in Device Manager, double-click on the entry and check device status.

Try removing it by deleting and reboot. Let Windows automatically detect it.

As Jeff said, re-install the chipset drivers to see if it's working.

In order to be able to identify the problem, more info is needed. When you're viewing the device status, there must be a bit more information than just "Intel(R) 82801GBM (ICH7-M) LPC Interface". That additional info might help us to pinpoint the problem.

Had the same problem a week ago with video drivers (945GM intel). Had to reinstall from factory :(
TP X23 +UBX2 +cdrw
TP X60 +UBX6 +dvdrw slim + floppy + 8cells battery
