I found there is an option named Intel Virtualization Technology in my T60' BIOS.
If I got it right,
it seems to have something to do with the multi OS on different partition.
If I am just using WinXP,
should I turn it off?

If I am going to dual OS in the future, should I turn it on then?

Thanks for help.

It's applicable when using Virtual Machine software.
This allows multiple Operating Systems to run simultaneously on the same machine. The Host Operating System runs the others as guests.
To provide proper isolation of guests, instructions have to emulated by the Virtual Machine software. This can cause a significant performance penalty. A way of resolving this is to provide hardware assists.

I suspect that products such as VMware are now (or will be shortly) be able to use these hardware assists.
