Max HDD size for Ultrabay HDD Adapter

#1 Post by yodabeesh » Wed Apr 04, 2007 6:32 pm

Does anyone know if there is a max size for the Ultrabay HDD Adapter? No recommendations are provided in the User Guide.

I intend to use the Ultrabay HD in the X6 docking station as a back-up HD.

I dont think there is a limit.

I use the HDD adapter to plug in 160GB 5400rmp Seagat SATA 150 hard drive. I think that is maximum size you can get in the market for a SATA 150 and it works !

HOLD ON...

Are you asking about the physical size of the adapter itself ? This should work fine, Search for 40Y8725 on lenovo site.
