What thermal grease would you suggest?
Lenovo uses this:

I personally used Arcitc Silver in the past.
Stick with AS?

I shall stick my neck out and say that, if the compound is decent, and applied properly, it probably doesn't really matter. I used run-of-the-mill compound on my Dothan upgrade years ago, but I did it properly and carefully, and my CPU runs as cool as a cucumber. All the stuff does is transfer heat. It is not a cooling agent. ... JDH

AS5 will last a couple years in the syringe. As long as it doesn't come out like peanut butter, it will work. I keep it in a ziplock baggie for long lasting freshness.
