Hi,
first of all I don't write this post to make advertising.

Then I can tell you without doubt that the product Antec Notebook Cooler works effectively with my T30.
The HDD and CPU temperature are considerably lower than before, even in idle state (46°C CPU and 35° HDD), see my spec in the signature), and the product is cheap.
Highly recommended.

Very nice. I was also planning to buy a laptop cooler, but after reading hundreds of reviews, I have decided to build my own :)

All the retail notebook coolers have either 60 or 70mm fans, where I'm going to use 120mm, since 120mm fans can move the same (if not more) air at lower speeds. And lower speed means less noise.

And retail coolers are running on 5.0V on USB. I'm going to get a cheapo power supply and use the 12V channels and add a fan controller to be able to adjust speeds.

All parts should cost me around $35, this includes a piece of aluminium sheet, 2x120mm fans and a power supply.

I've bought it for 30€ so it's very cheap...I'm not so practical with home-made solutions!
Good luck Deckard !
