I'm trying a clean windows Vista install in my x60s, is the first time i try to run a setup from Bios. My USB device is an external LG writer (DVD multi recorder RW.+-....) the BIOS is not reading this device.
What i have tried:
1. In BIOS config the device USB is enabled.
2. In BIOS boot options i have choose USB-CD device to be the first one.
3. The other two USB options for booting are in 2nd and 3rd place.
4. The hard disk is not enable as an option.
The BIOS doesn't recognize any USB device connected. And this device works perfectly in Windows. Where is the problem?
Help please,
Booting from USB Writer

Thanks 4 all, F. Suárez
