Rescue&Recovery pre-desktop area malfunction

Hey,
after updating to R&R 4 the predesktop work area of R&R on my TP doesn´t want to start any tasks. All functions supposed to work from RR predesktop just don´t load. I can´t do any reinstalling or diagnostics and I´m very sad about that
So if someone has any idea about it, that will be appreciated very much
