Hello,

If I make recovery disks on one computer, can I use them on another identical T60 to re-install Windows? Doesn't this copy of Windows contain any product keys or IDs or anything else that might cause problems?

Thank you.

Yes, you can do that.
The recovery set contains a Volume Licence version of Windows that will not require you to type in a key. It will not cause any problems and as long as you have the proper COA sticker for the OS you are installing you are legal.

IBM/ThinkPads all use the same IBM XP key.

There is a difference between Home and Pro, however.
