IE default home page is stuck on "lenovo.live.com"

IE7 home page returns to "lenovo.live.com" after reboot, after setting home page to "about:blank" in tools-options. Not a big deal, but annoying. Suggestions appreciated.

I don't use it but I believe that Access Connections can be set to different home page URLs depending upon the network connection being used.

Yes it's there. Being TP noob, I'm still learning what ThinkVantage is good for. It's a struggle.
