It is or was called IBM Keyboard (PS/2) with Integrated pointing device:

Here.
"I've come a long, long way," she said, "and I will go as far,
With the man who takes me from my horse, and leads me to a bar."
The man who took her off her steed, and stood her to a beer,
Were a bleary-eyed Surveyor and a DRUNKEN ENGINEER.

I believe once you install the drivers you'll be able to click the buttons.

You need to make sure that the mouse cable is conneted to a PS/2 port to get the trackpoint working. If you are using a USB cable to "convert" the dual ended mouse/keyboard cable, the mouse will not have the trackpoint features.
Now: T60 2613-EKU | T23 2647-9NU | 600X 2645-9FU | HP 100LX
Past: X31 2673-Y13 | T41 2374-3HU | T22 2647-AEU

Rules of the road :thumbs-UP:

Theres a Fn+something shortcut on the keyboard to disable either touchpad, trackpoint or both. I thought mine was broken when I got it but all I had to do was activate the trackpoint.

I use mine on a non IBM desktop too, without any problems and with the middle mouse button working for scrolling. I installed the normal ultranav driver as far as I can remember.

EDIT: I think it was this one:

It's the same driver for both.

I have both usb and ps2 connected to my PC at the same time and only had to install one driver.

I am not sure about the compatibility of PS/2 keyboards (with integrated pointing device) on non IBM/lenovo machines but I do tend to think they should work.

Below explains the hardware compatibility for USB keyboards with UltraNav:
Hardware compatibility
The USB Keyboard with UltraNav is supported on the following systems: Compatible desktop or ThinkPad notebook system with USB port (not compatible with notebooks other than ThinkPad)
Note: Full functionality of ThinkPad hot keys will be with the following ThinkPad Models 2681, 2682, 2683, 2672, 2673, 2366, 2367, 2652, 2653, 2658, 2659, 2677. All others, including desktops, will have some non- functioning ThinkPad hot keys.
Here are some tips for Troubleshooting Mouse and keyboard issues from IBM. It gives you some insight on KVM too.
