15" Flexview screens come in SXGA+ (1400x1050) and UXGA (1600x1200) versions. While the former are hard to get, the latter are very very hard to get at this point. Formerly, all 15" T42p/T43p/T60p models came with UXGA Flexview, but because of supply problems, the last T60p models had SXGA+. Flexview is no longer available at all on T61p.
Most of the Flexview screens are rated 200cd/m^2 (200nit) for brightness and 400:1 to 500:1 for contrast. Measured values are typically slightly lower. They are all matte screens, and have 180 viewing angles.

Actually, the only measurement i have seen showed a contrast of 502:1 -

Who the manufacturer is - i have no clue, since it is a "custom rebuild" made by some company.
I've never seen one measured with a 200 nit brightness, probably designed by IBM to gain more respectable black levels.
Viewing angles is between 175 and 180 degrees.
