Create Lenovo recovery CDs again (i.e. more than once)

Okay, I just came across this last night. I noticed that there was a new update for Rescue and Recovery 4 using the Think vantage System Update3 along with some other updates. I took a chance and decided to try and install some of the updates, as apposed to following the rule 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it' that I should be following. So I downloaded it (version 4.10.0314.00) and let it install. I also downloaded and installed the Maintenance manager and Client security updates. Well after these installs and the reboot, I found that I could create another set of recovery disks, (having already created a set when I first got the machine). I just thought I pass this on.

This is normal behavior associated with updates for Rescue & Recovery.

You are prompted to create a new set because the older set of recovery disks may not work with the newer version of R&R. In essence, you still are limited to one set of recovery disks, so I would not attempt a recovery operation with the older set if you are inclined to keep them.

Thank you. I wasn't aware that there would be a difference.
