Is this a IBM laptop? IBM 2489-600

Found this military grade laptop on ebay. The seller said it's an IBM laptop but I couldn't find any IBM logo in the picture. Is this really an IBM laptop? Try to search on google but I couldn't find any spec of this one. Can anyone verify this is indeed an IBM laptop?

This 2489-600 laptop on eBay shows an IBM sticker.
