I'm trying to get the largest possible 2.5" 7200 rpm SATA drive, and this 200 GB Hitachi seems to be as high as they go. I bet there's something out there I didn't find, though. Anyone have a bigger one, or know of one?

I think that's the biggest size you can get from most manufacturers today:

Hitachi.

Seagate.

This Toshiba is HUGE! Too bad it is only 5.4K RPM.

I suppose that with 7200RPM it would act like a furnace... 8)
