and my T60p I found out.
15.0 1600x1200 133,3 200 500:1 BOE-Hydis HV150UX1 T60p
Last one on the list of the list
Flexview/FFS IPS TFT Display
So what does that mean? Having FFS and TFT? I do notice a strong difference in brightness. Unless I'm in direct sunlight, for example, I have to lower it to medium, sometimes almost minimum or minimum setting. And everything looks so alive on it. This is similar to the T43p I had, which appears to be the one immediately above my T60p in that list.
Ok, just now, I put it on highest brightness and it felt like a flashlight. lol...I am just overjoyed. And the seller actually emphasized the screen through almost all of the ad. I was impressed. Not only was it VERY smart, but also simply the truth.
He made the point that it is not the WiFi, the keyboard, the CPU, the amount of RAM, etc., but the screen, and screen alone, which is the ONE thing we all "use" 100% of the time when working on our respective Thinkpads. He had me sold just by the specs alone, but I had never seen an ad that illustrated the tremendous value of having an IPS Flexview screen so ably, and it even included a side-by-side comparison video.
And when he went on to refer to it being good on the eyes, I started to nervously move the cursor with my right hand across my then SXGA+ IPS T60p screen (

) to the Buy button. lol...I'm sorry, but I just get a little melodramatic when it comes to this very machine. Actually no, I'm not sorry!
