Robocopy question: should monitored mode be run minimized?

Hello RoboCopy users:

Here is what I am trying:

robocopy "D:\Documents" "E:\Documents backup folder on the ultrabay drive" /mir /mon:1

should this run minimized, or will it run in the background by itself?
