After I cleaned my T61, the fan speed dropped to rather low.
I did it when the computer is on, and the fan is running. The force that caused by the tissue made the fan stopped. After that the fan is still working but at a low speed. The result is a very high temp even under very little workload, and it is slow and crashes from time to time.
Any idea how to deal with this?
Thanks.

That's the hard way to learn that you should never work on a running system fan, if you don't know what you are doing.
Happy Xmas anyway.
