support.com scheduler?

I'm rebuilding an R40. It's the second one I've rebuilt this month. All I've done so far is to:
1. Restore the image from the recovery partition
2. Apply all the Windows updates from Microsoft.com
Every time I boot the machine now, I get a message from the Windows firewall about blocking something called the "support.com scheduler". Is that scheduler part of the Thinkvantage suite? Is it something I should try to remove?
It's odd that the scheduler cropped up on this R40 and not the previous one that I rebuilt. Both machines are the same type. Mostly though, I'm wondering whether I should get rid of it. And if so, then how?
