So I followed some of the disabled from under safe and tweaked following this link: http://www.blackviper.com/WinVista/servicecfg.htm
And now some of my buttons on my keyboard don't work, specifically, the volume controls and the back and forward buttons around the arrow keys.
Oh well, now I have to go back through and check them one by one to see which one it is....any know by any chance?

Well found the answer, restarted and set to manual the "Human Interface Device Access" and now the buttons work
will continue to experiment with services
