runtime error system update 3.13

#1 Post by TimC » Sat Jan 26, 2008 12:13 pm

Hey everyone I am getting a runtime error everytime I open the new System Update 3.13. I am not sure what the issue is.

The runtime error is with tvsu.exe and IE says I have .NET framework installed.

I have found a temporary solution for this. I changed the compatability mode to Windows XP SP 2 and got the software to run.

How do I change compatability modes?

Which version .NET Framework have you got?
You need at least V2.0, preferably with its SP1.
