Looking for a car laptop mount...

Im looking for a no drill car laptop mount and have been searching the internet for something cost efficient and effective.

I found this popular mount on eBay which states that it is adjustable, but I do not see how it is adjustable.

Can anyone recommend a good adjustable no drill laptop mount for under $50?

I believe this was also mentioned in the other thread. It looks cost efficient but not sure how it would be adjustable...
