T60 issues with Office 2007

Would anyone know why the scroll features on the T60 will not work with Office 2007.
I've tried it with the touchpad as well as the track-point and the scroll feature is DOA.

Forgot to mention, this condition takes place under Windows XP. Not sure if this happens with Vista & Office 07.

Anyone know of a fix for this issue ?
