How to get good static images with Lenovo USB Webcam? [Pic]

This is how a static image of my white wall is captured (in any resolution):

Anyone knows how to fix this?
This picture was captured with the default InterVideo software... Could it be a software problem?
MOD EDIT: Thanks for picture warning but as per rules of the forum size must be limited to 50kb or less.
