Access Connection crashes after startup...

Hello Forum,
I've got a new X61 (my first Thinkpad!!!), downgraded from Vista to XP with recovery CD's. (XP SP2). Access Connection Manager worked... WLAN without any problems...
Then I tried to set it up for the connection at my University (WPA, TKIP, PEAP, EAP-MSCHAP v2) which didnt work. (but it worked when using Windows to configure...)
Then I got newest drivers from Lenovo Page and did also a System update.
After starting up Windows it opens the Win Error Reporting Window and ends the AC. If I start it manually the Splash screen freezes. Sometimes without any directly related action it shows me a Message "No supported wireless adapters (802.1, WAN or Bluetooth) are installed..."
I've found another Post with that Error Message (http://forum.thinkpads.com/viewtopic.ph ... 4704572099)
but YES, I have WLAN. it works if I use XP to configure it. Just always the Error msg after startup and I can't use the Manager...
Thx for any ideas
Uli
