The T30 is built like a tank and is more reliable than the T2* and T40-42. One of the RAM slots does tend to fail, but you still have the other slot, which can hold a 1GB stick. However, it is about 0.4 pounds heavier than the T23, so you might find it quite heavy.
Microsoft Surface 3 (Atom x7-Z8700 / 4GB / 128GB / LTE)
Dell OptiPlex 9010 SFF (Core i3-3220 / 8GB / 8TB); HP 8300 Elite minitower (Core i7-3770 / 16GB / 9.25TB)
Acer T272HUL; Crossover 404K; Dell 3008WFP, U2715H, U2711, P2416D; Monoprice 10734; QNIX QHD2410R; Seiki Pro SM40UNP

I second the recommendation for T30. Apart from that, T43/p would pretty much be on the top of my list. T60/p are built like tanks, but have shown remarkable resiliance as well.
There are soooo many factors to consider...older, newer, larger, smaller...if it must be small X22 would fit the bill perfectly...

Re: Recommend me a reliable Thinkpad.
T60 is very solid and reliable, do some research in here thou and you will find out that every model has its own problems. T60 for example tends to run hot (unless you get the model w/o ATI).

I'm assuming that by "reliable" you mean what has been shipped from the factory and has not undergone any previous repairs and/or upgrades. And referring only to the laptop chassis and motherboard itself and not including problems with peripheral equipment like disk drives or memory modules.
In my very limited experience with Thinkpads, the 600X wins hands down. It may be a little heavy compared to some systems today and only has a 13.3" display, but it was built tough. My younger daughter is still using one and it's kept on almost 24/7. The only problem I've had with my 600 systems (the model, people, not a quantity
!) is a delayed backlight turn-on on one 600E. Have never figured that one out but suspect a problem on the motherboard.
As phool@round has also indicated, the T23 would be on my list as long as you can inspect/fix some of the weak points on your own.
