Is this possible? All the enclosure I have seen are for hard drives but I
have a few old diskette drives and would like to make one of them USB if possible. Had anyone seen an enclosure that would do this?

I've never seen one; this is possibly because the materials cost for the manufacturer of the enclosure itself would probably be around the same as that of making a new USB floppy drive. They cost around $10 for a new no-name brand USB floppy drive, and I can't imagine anyone getting good profit margins for an enclosure that was much cheaper. Maybe just get a new one?

I believe it's possible but it would cost you at least 3 times more than any new $10 FDD:
