Changing Font Color (indication file has been compressed)

Guys, I can't find the setting that permits me to change the font color of automatically compressed files that haven't been accessed for xx days. Right now, files that have not been accessed for some period of time show up in a bright lime green color that's just about impossible to read.
Can someone tell me where the settings are that control this automatic compression feature and where I can alter the font color that indicates the file has been compressed?
Thanks.
