Missing DLA App.

I seem to be missing the application. What do I need to download from IBM? I have a T43 with XP Pro. I searched on the IBM site, but only find an update.

To the best of my knowledge, DLA is installed with Sonic Record Now.
On a T43 with a factory preload, the setup.exe file for DLA is located here.
