Opinion/experience w "Universal/Longlife" laptop b

Such as the Valence or some such. As some of you here may know that I collect TPs, and from time to time, one or more of my "collections" kind of got pressed into service, and generally, the batteries for these collector machines aint that good anymore. I think may be one of these Universal batteries will be a good catch all solution, what do you folks think?
