Disable tapping (mouse-click) on trackpoint?

Hi

I have only just recently noticed that it is possible to tap the trackpoint instead of left-clicking.
I didn't know this. I always disable tapping on touchpads because I find it annoying but I don't know how to disable it on this one...

I could uninstall the IBM driver but then I would lose the scrolling function...

Can anybody help me?

Regards,
Martin

I'm not 100% sure on the x-series but on T and R series you can modify trackpoint functions under "Thinkpad Configuration" utility software. If you don't have it d/l from lenovo.com. Then start > All Programs > Thinkpad > Thinkpad Configuration > click on trackpoint > Mouse Properties > Trackpoint Tab.

Thanks

I did actually look here but I must have misunderstood the options available.
Now I have disabled it. Thanks :-)
