Utility that let you configure 3 displays under Windows XP?

A couple of years ago, someone here (maybe in the T40 forum) provided a link to a $30 utility that superceded the Windows display configuration, and let you configure 3 displays, ie. a Thinkpad on a dock with both DVI and VGA monitors attached, all three displays working.

The utility let you do gee-whiz things like configuring separate backgrounds on all three, or stretch across two ... I think it also had some screensaver bells and whistles. But the core functionality was controlling 3 displays, limited by hardware capability naturally. I didn't need this then ... but I do now.

Does anyone remember this? Got a link? TIA!

Can you actually use UltraMon to drive three displays at the same time using a T60p and an advanced mini dock with both DVI and VGA monitors attached (DVI=WUXGA, VGA = UXGA, internal = SXGA+)? If so, what do you need to do to enable it? thx.
