Any way to retrieve warranty info via Access IBM utility?

FYI-

About six months ago the warranty info feature under Access IBM started to produce an error on any machine I try it on.

Anyone know how to correct?

Detailed example;

On T40, press blue Access IBM button, then click System Information, then click Warranty & Parts. This results in a "service-info" error with "Unkown server error." displayed in the text box.

These steps used to report warranty and configuration information.

Still works fine on my T43. Is it possible that another commonly installed software has somehow affected it?

as am i, on my freshly reformatted T43 with up-to-date driver packs. :wink:
