SATA & SATA-II Hard Drive on a T60p ?

Hello there,

I'm looking to upgrade my T60p to a 200 or 320 hard drive and I'd like to know if this particular Thinkpad will take a SATA-II drive (or SATA-300, is it the same ?)

Or should I limit myself to a SATA (SATA-150 ?)

I've looked online and in the LTWBOOK but I can't find this info anywhere.

Any help would be much appreciated.
