I accidentally deleted the ThinkVantage Access Connections icon from the start menu. How do I get it back?

Find AC instal folder (it should be somewhere in ProgramFiles by default), look for .exe file (don't know exact name, trial and error should work ), when you find it, right-click it then choose Create shortcut, and then just drag it in your start menu...

Don't know exact path and filename because I don't use it anymore...

Or it *should* be in your recycle bin.
