T60 on Ebay

I half-heartedly tried to win a T60 on Ebay. I thought it was a great deal considering that I normally use an external monitor anyway. I hope it was one of you guys that got it.

It needed LCD repair, DVD/CDRW, battery and adapter.

Was it a great deal or not?

T30 2366-61U dead mobo
T30 2366-81U still works but not being currently used. I think I'll rectify that situation.
T40 2373-19U dead
(2) T42 2373-JXU with Flexview LCDs. One with either GPU or southbridge issue.
T43 2687-D4U with possible software problem. Awaiting R&Rs.

Aw, man, I thought so. I just didn't know how high to go because I wasn't sure of myself. I guess this is how we learn...

Core Solo T60 with a high-resolution LCD, sweet!

Price is good and it's still rare to find a T60 parts machine to work on.

P.S. You can easily upgrade the CPU to Core Duo or Core 2 Duo, but Core Solo's are actually great CPU's. Have fun with this project.
