IBM screw kits purchase?

Is there a kit from IBM, or elsewere where one can obtain some of those M2.5 × 4.8 mm vinyl tipped screws. I see they're offered along with say another part (dock top) but that's overkill, just need the screws.

In the hardware manual it says screws are one-time use only. Is this true?
I see each has 242 thread-lock on it, but I can just reapply my self.

That is true, one time use is recommended. I don't see any reason that you couldn't reapply thread lock to the screws yourself.
