Which CPU is better?

The specs are nearly the same but there is one noticeable difference under the notes section. Other than that I can't tell.

SL5YU supports speedstep, the other does not ... which means the SL5YU will have better battery life in comparison (and lesser heat since the processor can clock down when system is idle).
